Bonnie's white beer bread mix makes it easy to bake delicious bread! Just add your favorite beer style (lager, light beer, honey, pilsner, wheat, etc.) and butter to the mix, let it rest for a 1/2 hour, then bake in a 9"x5" loaf pan. There are add-in ingredients listed on the label for additional style breads such as Greek, Italian and Spanish style. This mix produces one of the best tasting breads you'll find anywhere.
We like using a Honey Lager Beer the best! And it tastes great with Bonnie's Dill Dip.
