Honey powder is made by dehydrating raw honey until all the moisture has evaporated and then it’s ground into a fine powder. It dissolves nice and evenly and adds the flavor of honey without the sticky texture. Uses include adding to desserts, breads, marinades, sauces and dressings. Try it in your coffee or tea. Sprinkle it on cereal or oatmeal. Honey powder is an excellent alternative to refined sugar because it contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Sugar does not. A little goes a long way. You don’t use nearly as much to get the sweet punch you need as you would other sweeteners. 
Honey Cinnamon Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread, toasted
Butter – loads
1 teaspoon of honey power
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Blend the honey powder and cinnamon. Adjust to your palate. Sprinkle the honey cinnamon mix on your warm buttered toast. Enjoy!
