Use it on crab dishes, shrimp, fish, scallops, or any other type seafood. It makes a delicious seasoning for fried chicken. Sprinkle on french fries or add it to an onion ring coating. The possibilities are endless.

Note: the difference between the #1 and #2 seasoning is the #2 seasoning has the flake rock salt in it and should really only be used for steaming crabs. The #1 contains regular salt and can be used for steaming crabs, but it can also be used on other foods.
