Carvel Hall Crab Knife Original

This style of crab knife is famous with crab pickers throughout Maryland. Once made by the Carvel Hall Company in Crisfield (they are no longer in business) these crab knives are made from the original Carvel Hall molds and have a rivet through the blade and tang (handle). Each knife carries the Carvel Hall name on one side of the handle and "Crab Knife" on the other side and is weighted to give the user a balanced feel. Also useful as a paring knife!
