A knife that brings back memories of the old style Carvel Hall Tru Pro™ knife used by crab picking houses throughout Maryland. A one piece crab knife that's all stainless steel, it's easily sanitized as it has no crevices to trap bacteria like two piece knives do. Hefty weight feels good in the hand. Curved blade is sharp on the top concave side. Fine point for picking small crab sections. 6" length.

Our tip:  We round off the tip of the blade slightly so as not to be so pointy.
