All you need to add is McCutcheon's Pumpkin Butter or canned pumpkin and you have a fabulous taste of Autumn with our Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Mix! Sold as each.
DIRECTIONS: For 12 muffins: Beat 2 eggs. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1 cup of either Pumpkin Butter, Canned Pumpkin or Canned Pumpkin Pie Mix. Mix in entire contents of this bag and fill 12 muffin liner cups. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes.
For bread: Make batter as above and pour into a greased 4-1/2” x 8” loaf pan and Bake for 55 minutes. Test for doneness.
